Water Out of the Valley handles
loss at three story home
Hayko Aldzhikyan and his staff at Water Out of the Valley
/ Coast to Coast Water Damage and Restoration
in North Hollywood, California, sent in photos last month from a residential
water loss. Hayko explains,
“A three story house had been flooded from the master bathroom all the
way down to the understructure.
Two crews were dispatched and within one hour the job had begun.
The crews began extraction of all affected areas and by morning-time they
were ready to install the Water
Out® trailer. Some affected drywall had to be removed because they were
already hanging from the
ceiling. All of the wood flooring and tile flooring had been affected throughout
the house. We were able
to salvage almost everything and the job was completed in five days. The customer
was grateful and the
adjuster was very pleased with our performance. This made us incredibly proud
of the services which
we provided.
It has been a total of 28 days since we received our Water Out® trailers,
and we have successfully completed
six different projects using these trailers. We would like to thank Charles
Cressy for his incredible invention and we would like to thank all of the
Water Out® staff for their amazing support.”
Fantastic job, Hayko, and everyone at Water Out of the Valley; keep up the
great work!

Water Out of the Valley off to a great start with Water Out®
Hayko Aldzhikyan and Water Out of the Valley / Coast
to Coast Restoration in North Hollywood, California are off to a great start
with their Water Out® trailers. Receiving them at the end of September,
they went straight to the job. Hayko sent us this report upon completion of
their first job; “We at Water Out of the Valley / Coast to Coast would
like to announce our first drying using our newly purchased Water Out®
trailer. We received a call regarding an entire understructure sewage backup
underneath an apartment building. Our technicians arrived to the site within
an hour and authorization was received to begin work. At this time, we still
had not received our Water Out® trailers, but they were on their way.
The crew began working; extracting 3,000 sq ft of sewage water, removing soil,
and sanitizing. They set up conventional drying equipment, but there was little
ventilation and a lot of hard to reach places underneath the structure. We
needed strong drying. Coincidentally, both our Water Out® trailers arrived
the next morning and we dispatched one of them straight to the job.
The trailer was set up right away, and within two days of drying, the work
was complete. It was a job well done and a great success.”
Fantastic job, Hayko, and everyone at Water Out of the Valley; keep up the
great work!
